01Is my studio too small or too new for this?
No. You can start with 50 pairs, without taking on a big stock risk. And your brand doesn't need to be years old to deserve this: it's been a brand since your first client came back. With the free mockup, you see it before you decide anything.
02What if it looks cheap?
It's a completely fair worry. A cheap product with your logo on it really does make people think less of your brand. That's why we match your colour to Pantone, send samples that are fully credited against your first order, and make nothing until you've approved the design.
03Can I start with a small quantity?
Yes. Grip socks start at 50 pairs, so even a small studio can begin without a big stock risk. For tumblers, tote bags and Pilates rings, just tell us roughly how many you have in mind and we'll put together a tailored quote.
04How long does it take, from request to delivery?
You'll have your mockup within 24 hours. Once you've approved the quote and paid, production and delivery to your studio take around four weeks in total. We keep you updated at every step, so you never have to wonder where your order is.
05What does it cost?
You buy at wholesale prices, excluding VAT, and resell at a margin of 45–58% after VAT, depending on the product. Grip socks, for example, cost you €6.95 a pair. At the recommended retail price of €19.95 including VAT, that leaves a margin of around €9.54 per pair (example at 21% VAT; VAT and the exact margin vary by country, e.g. 20% in the UK and 23% in Ireland). 06How often do studios reorder?
Several times a year. Socks wear out with heavy use, new clients join every month, and a new seasonal colour lets you refresh your range again and again. That turns merchandise into a recurring revenue stream, not a one-off.
07Can I choose the colours?
Of course. We match your brand colours to their Pantone codes, the standard colour system in print and design. So your socks are exactly the colour of your logo. Not ‘roughly’: your studio's true colour.
08Can I see the quality before I order?
Yes, and we recommend it before a first order. We'll send you a sample set (sock, tumbler and tote bag) for a small fee that's fully credited against your first order. So if you go ahead, the samples are effectively free. Just mention it in your mockup request, or reply to the mockup we send you.
09Are the materials safe?
Yes. Every material is tested to REACH, the EU standard for chemical substances. That includes the grip sole, which most generic suppliers don't test separately from the fabric. Certificates are available on request.
10Do you deliver to the UK and Ireland?
Yes, free of charge, just as we do across the rest of Europe. For UK orders, import VAT and duties may apply. We're based in Spain and work with studios all over Europe.
