The short answer: give something your clients will use in class, with your logo on it. Production and shipping take around 4 weeks, so request your mockup before 1 November and approve it by mid-November at the latest.

December is when most studios want to give their clients a small gift, and it's also when most gifts are bought. One order covers both: a product with your studio's logo that you can give to your clients, sell at reception as a Christmas gift, or both. This guide covers what to give, what it costs and, above all, how late you can order and still have everything before the holidays.
The Christmas gift that works best in a Pilates or yoga studio is something clients will use in class, with your studio's logo: a pair of grip socks, a tumbler, a tote bag or a Pilates ring. The cost per client is simply the wholesale price of the product: around €6.95 for a pair of grip socks, for example. Production and shipping take around 4 weeks from the moment you approve the mockup, so to have everything in the studio by mid-December, request your mockup before 1 November and approve it by mid-November at the latest. The mockup is free and arrives within 24 hours.
In practice, a Christmas gift is a retention tool. It arrives just as many clients are reviewing their spending and their routines for the year ahead, and a gesture they remember carries weight in that decision. Increasing client retention by just 5% can raise profits by up to 95%, and a consistent brand, inside and outside the studio, is part of why people stay (source: Bain & Company / Harvard Business Review).
If the gift carries your logo, it keeps working long after Christmas: clients bring it to every class and into every photo. 85% of people remember the brand of a product they've worn, so every sock, tumbler or tote bag with your logo is advertising that walks around on its own, without a euro spent on ads (source: ASI Global Advertising Impressions Study, 2026).
The second way is to sell. Your clients are hunting for gifts in December too, and a pack with their studio's logo is an easy present for a friend who practises, for a sister, or for themselves. Put a pack on display at reception with a clear price and it sells itself in the run-up to Christmas, with the same margin as the rest of the year: you buy at wholesale and sell to your clients. If you recommend it, they'll trust it.
| Product | Approx. cost (wholesale, excl. VAT) | Recommended price (incl. VAT) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grip socks | €6.95 | €19.95 | Every reformer or mat client: they need them for class |
| 1.2 L premium tumbler | €11 | €24 | The gift with the highest perceived value, used inside and outside the studio |
| Natural canvas tote bag | €6.50 | €15 | The most affordable gift per client and the most visible on the street |
| Pilates ring | €7 | €16.50 | For clients who also want to practise at home |
On the socks, your logo is woven or embroidered, never printed; on the tumbler, tote bag and ring, it's applied in the way that suits each product. Your brand colour is matched exactly to its Pantone code, and all materials are tested to REACH, the EU standard, including the grip sole.
These packs are examples. Each sale price is the sum of the recommended prices of its products, with the socks at €19.95, and each cost is the sum of their wholesale prices. You set the final price of each pack.
| Pack (example) | Contents | Approx. pack cost (excl. VAT) | Sale price (incl. VAT) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Class pack | Socks + tote bag | €13.45 | €34.95 |
| Hydration pack | Socks + tumbler | €17.95 | €43.95 |
| Complete pack | Socks + tote bag + tumbler | €24.45 | €58.95 |
| Home pack | Socks + Pilates ring | €13.95 | €36.45 |
Production and shipping together take around 4 weeks from the moment you approve the mockup. Allowing for the full lead time, the mockup needs to be approved by mid-November to have everything in the studio by mid-December. The free mockup arrives within 24 hours, so request it before 1 November: the earlier you approve it, the more breathing room you have. Approve later and it may still arrive in time, but that's no longer in your hands.
One more thing that makes the decision easier: the same order also covers January. Whatever you don't give away or sell in December becomes the welcome gift for January's new clients, and in most studios January brings more sign-ups than any other month. One order, two uses.
A box of chocolates is enjoyed and then forgotten. A product with your logo is used in every class for months, and every use is a brand impression, inside and outside the studio. There's a perception argument too: a studio that's perfect in every other way but hands out generic merchandise isn't seen as ‘almost perfect’; it's seen as careless. A single weak detail carries that much weight, and a generic Christmas gift without your brand is exactly that weak detail.
Minimum order: 50 pairs of socks. For tumblers, tote bags and Pilates rings, the quantity is set in your quote.
A product with your studio's logo that they'll use in class: grip socks, a tumbler, a tote bag or a Pilates ring. It works better than a generic gift because it gets used for months and reinforces your studio's brand in every class.

Yes. A pack of two or three products with your logo, on display at reception with a clear price, makes an easy gift for your clients to buy for themselves or the people around them. The margin is the same as the rest of the year: the recommended retail price for the socks is €19.95 including VAT, and after VAT (21% in this example) and your cost, you keep around €9.54 per pair. VAT, and so the exact margin, varies by country.
